Job Summary

Responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of content at social media platforms. Must stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, technology, and emerging platforms and embrace a test and learn mindset. Leading the strategic development, planning, and execution for organic and paid social media marketing campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Day-to day lead on existing, complex social media campaigns; performing optimizations based on performance goals and measurement framework, documenting changes and learning that feed strategic insights.
  • Expert in the setup of new campaigns, including implementation of tracking tags, per the media plan and measurement framework.
  • Researches new vendors and tactics, and provides competitive research, spending data, market analyses, trends and market-specific opportunities.
  • pacing and performance forecasts.
  • Leads the collaboration of analytics to identify new opportunities in the paid social space based on an understanding of company objectives, goals and known barriers.
  • Authors thought leadership material (blog posts, white papers, speaking opportunities, etc.)
  • Monitor feeds across social platforms and moderate comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.
  • Evaluates and recommends paid social partners, technology and platforms 
  • Analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results • 
  • Assists with scopes and estimates for new projects or campaigns
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to adhere to brand standards and maintain consistency in brand stewardship across a range of deliverables and media
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration is a must.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work for social listening and event coverage.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and able to handle multiple projects with changing priorities, and work in a collaborative matrix organization.
  • Reel maker is preferred.

Work Condition:

  • 90 % office base 
  • 10 % outdoor base
