Motorsports HUB Service Policy
Welcome to Motorsports HUB. To ensure the highest quality of service and a transparent experience for our clients, the following terms and conditions apply to all service orders.
1. Vehicle Intake & Registration

Documentation: All motorcycles must be registered with a signed Job Order.

Proof of Ownership: Clients must provide a valid ID and proof of motorcycle ownership (License/Bill of Sale) upon registration.

Right of Refusal: Motorsports HUB reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle with unclear legal status or documentation.
2. Inspection & Liability

Visual Inspection: A visual inspection is conducted during check-in. Motorsports HUB is not responsible for any pre-existing damages, scratches, or mechanical issues not documented at the time of intake.

Personal Items: Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings and accessories. We are not liable for any items left on or inside the motorcycle.
3. Diagnostics & Work Approval

Diagnosis Fee: Technical diagnosis may incur a service fee.

Authorization: No repair work will commence without the client’s explicit approval (via phone, WhatsApp, or email).

Commitment: Once approval is given, the client is legally committed to all associated costs, including labor and parts.
4. Parts Policy

Special Orders: Parts ordered specifically for a client’s motorcycle require full payment in advance. These orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.

Replaced Parts: Unless requested otherwise at the time of approval, all old/replaced parts will be disposed of by the center.
5. Test Rides

By leaving the motorcycle for repair, the client grants Motorsports HUB technicians permission to operate the vehicle on public roads for the purpose of testing, diagnosis, and quality assurance.
6. Payment & Settlement

Full Settlement: Full payment is required before delivery. The motorcycle will not be released under any circumstances until the balance is settled in full.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved bank transfers.
7. Collection & Storage Fees

Pickup Window: Clients must collect their motorcycle within 48 hours of receiving notification that the work is complete.

Storage Fees: After the 48-hour grace period, a storage fee of 1,200 EGP per month will be applied.

Transfer to Maadi: Uncollected motorcycles may be transferred to our Maadi Garage facility. A one-way transfer fee of 1,000 EGP will be charged to the client.
8. Abandonment & Legal Action

30-Day Limit: If a client fails to respond to notifications or collect the motorcycle within 30 days, Motorsports HUB reserves the right to take legal action in accordance with Egyptian Law to recover costs and storage fees.
9. Warranty

Labor Warranty: We provide a [7-day] warranty on labor related specifically to the repairs listed on the invoice. This does not cover new issues, wear-and-tear parts, or damage resulting from misuse/racing.
10. Force Majeure

Motorsports HUB is not responsible for delays or damages caused by “Force Majeure” events (e.g., natural disasters, fires, or unforeseen national emergencies).
