Administrative assistants provide general company support to managers,
other employees, and Company visitors by handling a variety of tasks in
order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others
are positive and productive.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email
correspondence & generation and distribution of memos, letters,
spreadsheets, forms, faxes and incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, offsite, and via videoconference.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and
inventory records.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Create Supply Order such as office supplies and research new deals
and suppliers.
• Responsible for following up the purchasing orders Tracking them
and making the requested purchasing operations and procedures.
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping such as expense
reports.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Managing and ensure Apparel are well displayed with price tag.
• Maintaining an organized, clean office environment during opening
hours and assign any required maintenance order to the right one.
• Manage Lounge and Bar working flow ,regular report for sales and
purchase.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:
• Four-year bachelor’s degree
• Very Good English Language
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Work Condition:
• 80 % office base
• 20 % outdoor base
