Job Summary: Manages and coordinates company’s marketing and public relation
functions including market research, brand/product management, events
and promotions to meet company’s business requirements and facilitate
communication of the organization’s message to internal and external
publics.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Setting and implementing marketing policies, strategies and budget
to brand for the company Products / service via different online and
offline channels.
• Manages brand/product introductions, marketing/sales campaigns,
promotion activities, and advertising and assesses their success
against the plan.
• Handle and the execution of the giveaways design, and distributions
to the clients
• Manage Initiates, and designs organization events “Clients, Employee,
etc. to establish and maintain effective working relationships and to
develop new business opportunities.
• Plans and oversees the dealership’s advertising and promotional
activities including print, electronic and social media.
• Attends pertinent marketing/sales promotion meetings conducted
by the manufacturer and dealer associations.
• Communicate with Team / external Marketing agencies, to
discussions and communicate the needed projects as per the business
needs and within confirmed budgets
• Conducts market research and monitors competitor activity to
identify opportunities and trends within existing and new market
segments
• Ensures connection between marketing and sales functions and
supervises their joint work with distribution channels.
• Develop and maintain the company’s corporate image and identity,
which includes the use of logos …etc.
• Develops surveys, communicates with customers, evaluates market
reactions to advertising programs and other marketing tools

• Manage the relation with PR agencies, news agencies, event
organizers, etc. to ensure project goals are met and
timetable/budget parameters are kept.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations in
compliance to company policies and procedure, keep their
employees on a path toward long-term goals and boost morale, in
addition to fostering talent and encouraging employee retention
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:
• Four-year bachelor’s degree
• MBA holder is preferred
• 5 + years of proven experience as a public relation and
Marketing Manager preferred in the s industry
• Very Good English Language
• Great command of MS Office and Internet Surfing
